The Delaware Eye Institute is proud to announce the 5th annual Cupola Award winner is Certified Ophthalmic Assistant JoEllen Mitchell.
The Cupola Award is presented annually to the Delaware Eye Institute team member who best exemplifies traits that demonstrate a commitment to our patients, practice, and co-workers. Those traits include leadership, attitude, dependability, and a commitment to excellence.
David Robinson, M.D. stated, "It was no surprise to see JoEllen chosen for this award. She leads by example in her varied duties. She is involved in many clinical aspects of our practice and excels in everything she does." The award winner is selected by a secret ballot of the entire staff. Winners of the award receive a diamond pin and inscribed crystal vase.
Ms. Mitchell has been an employee of the Delaware Eye Institute since 2005. She works, primarily, in Delaware Eye Institute's Rehoboth Beach location.
