Dr. Milner is a board certified opthalmologist specializing in Pediatric Opthalmology. He received his medical degree from Temple University, and completed a pediatric residency at Northwestern University in Chicago. He then returned for a three-year ophthalmology residency at Temple, and then continued on with a Pediatric Fellowship at the prestigious Wills Eye Hospital in Philadelphia. He is Delmarva's most experienced pediatric ophthalmologist, having performed thousands of eye operations, and is expertly trained in all aspects of care, including premature infants, crossed eyes, as well as routine comprehensive care.
