Dr. James Rial is a board certified ophthalmologist specializing in the surgical and medical treatment of vitreoretinal disease. A graduate of Brown University, Dr. Rial received his medical degree from the State University of New York at Syracuse. He then returned to Brown for his three year ophthalmic residency. He completed his retinal fellowship training at the University of British Columbia.
